La Peniche is a Wine-Barge and Bistro.
We are open to the public:-
Lunch from 12 noon Wednesday-Friday.
Dinner from 6pm Tuesday-Saturday.
Dinner Cruises every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Evening at 7.30pm. Please click on the menu titles above to access further information.

From the end of May through to the end of August, we are introducing an early evening cruise dinner on Saturdays and Sundays (6pm-8.30pm).

Normal dinner reservations will be taken on Saturdays at 9pm, but after the cruise on Sunday we will be inviting passengers to stay on board and enjoy some live acoustic music, and a drink or two more!!
(we are delighted to arrange a cruise meal for groups at any other time as well)

La Peniche can be hired exclusively at any time for private parties,
corporate events, or group excursions.

We hope we have created a wonderful and unique space
for you and your friends, lovers and family to enjoy the
next most important things in life: food and wine!
From our breads to our coffee we have focused on the providing the best produce available in the most comfortable Environment possible….

In preparing this menu, we have worked hard to locate the very best local suppliers available. Our hot dishes are prepared specially for us in France using only the best ingredients, and our meat products are fully traceable.

We have purposely selected beers from smaller authentic European breweries and wherever possible we source organic, naturally brewed beer and cider. our wines are provided by locally owned importers, whose personal help and advice enable us to offer at least 20 unique and interesting wines by the glass, for your adventure!

The Boat features a Passive Amplification System-
There is a volume control on the wall behind you for the overhead speaker, please feel free to adjust it to your liking.
Each table has an attention light.When you need service, just press the red button beside the lamp; Instead of wasting valuable time with your companion (and wine) trying to catch the steward’s eye, this little red button will do it for you!
